Steamed Cordyceps Flower with Pork Zhan Meat

Soak the cordyceps flowers in water for half an hour.

Cut the pork meat into thin slices. Sprinkle a small amount of cornstarch and salt and marinate for a while.

Put the pork meat and the washed Cordyceps flowers in a dish and stir well.

Put it in the steamer, boil water on high heat and steam for one hour to get out of the pot.
