Steamed Crab with Vermicelli

Prepare ingredients for river crab, vermicelli, green onion, ginger and garlic

Fans bubble hair

Finely chop green onion, ginger, garlic, and pepper

Scrub the crab and open the crab shell (I'm afraid it will catch me alive, so I steamed it for two minutes)

Sprinkle some green onions, ginger, and minced garlic on top

Steam on the pot, SAIC will take 8 minutes

Put oil in the pot

Pour in the remaining green onions, ginger, and minced garlic, stir-fry for a fragrance

Pour the fried seasoning and hot oil on top of the steamed crabs.
Tips:
1. If you are afraid of being caught by crabs, you can just like me, steam it first before processing
2. If there are children or the elderly to eat together, you don’t need to put peppers
3. Crabs are easy to cook, so the steaming time should not be too long
