Steamed-cured Fish with Meat

Cured fish and Dongpo pork slices.
2.
Prepare bean paste and dried eggplant,
3.
Place the cured fish and the buckle meat in a bowl, place one piece of buckle meat and one fish clip, as shown in the picture.
4.
Then put the bean paste and eggplant on top of the meat on the plate,
5.
Put it in an electric pressure cooker for 20 minutes and serve.
6.
Serve the cured fish with meat.
