Steamed Custard
1.
Add water to the egg (the amount of water is twice the amount of the egg liquid. After the egg liquid is beaten out, you can use the eggshell to hold the water to control the amount of water).
2.
This is the beaten egg liquid, there is a little bubble
3.
Pass the beaten egg liquid through a strainer to filter out impurities and air bubbles.
4.
This is the comparison after filtering. Figure 2 has no bubbles. This is to make the steamed custard more delicate and smooth.
5.
Add water to the steamer and put the egg mixture into the steamer. Here you need to cover the egg mixture with a plate or the like. After steaming for about 15 minutes, it will be out of the pot.
6.
Sprinkle with chopped raisins or your favorite dried fruit and you can start eating.
7.
If you like something sweeter, you can put some sugar in the egg liquid at the beginning, but I think the original taste of the egg with sweet and sour raisins is just right.
Tips:
1. Filter the egg liquid to filter out impurities and bubbles
2. When steaming, cover a plate or wrap it with plastic wrap, and then use a toothpick to make a few holes on it.
