Steamed Dried Bean Fish Fillet

Preparation of main raw materials.

Wash the fish, cut into thin slices, put the cooking wine, pepper, and ginger on the plate.

Grab it with your hands and marinate for 10 minutes.

Beans are clean and sliced.

Take a plate and put the sliced dried tofu on top.

In another bowl, add chopped pepper and minced garlic.

Add steamed fish soy sauce, sugar, refined salt, lard and stir well.

The marinated fish is washed off the mucilage, squeezed out the water, and placed on top of the tofu.

Pour in the adjusted chopped pepper sauce.

Boil water in a pot, and then put it on the steaming dish.

Steam on high heat for about 6 minutes, remove and sprinkle with chopped green onions, and enjoy.
Tips:
1: The fish is thinly sliced, so the steaming time does not need to be too long.
2: Lard is a magic weapon to increase fragrance and remove fishy, don't omit it.
