Steamed Dumplings with Double Eyes

Vegetarian fillings. Stuffing made of eggs, carrots, vegetables, oyster mushrooms, black fungus, shiitake mushrooms and green onions.

Homemade dumpling wrappers (pour flour into appropriate amount of water in portions, first stir into snowflake noodles, then into grape noodles, and finally live into a moderately hard dough. Cover the noodles with a damp cloth and moisturize the noodles for 40 minutes. Tool press to cut into dumpling wrappers).

Put on the vegetarian fillings.

Fold in half and pinch together in the middle

Fold the two ends together again (pictured).

The symmetrical two corners of the four corners are pinched together to form two big eyes.

Fill in carrots and purple sweet potatoes respectively.

Green body. Bring the steamer to the heat, put the greens into the steamer, and steam for 5 minutes on high heat.

Two big eyes are out of the pot.
