Bamboo Shoots, Mushrooms and Willow Leaf Dumplings

Homemade dumpling wrappers (pour flour into appropriate amount of water in portions, first stir into snowflake noodles, then into grape noodles, and finally live into a moderately hard dough. Cover the noodles with a damp cloth and moisturize the noodles for 40 minutes. Tool press to cut into dumpling wrappers).

Vegetarian fillings. Stir-fried with oyster mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, pork belly mushrooms, black fungus, day lily, eggs, shrimp skins, leeks, and seasoned with salt, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.

Wrap willow leaf dumplings.

Shred bamboo shoots, mushrooms, green garlic, and green onions, boil the willow-leaf dumplings, add three shreds and bring to a boil.

Season with white vinegar and light soy sauce.
