Steamed Egg Custard-defeat The Little Pig Cartoon Monster
1.
Prepare materials:
This dish has very little material and is quick to make.
2.
Put the eggs into a bowl, the warm water is about 40-45℃, the amount is about 1.2 times the amount of eggs, my experience is that the steamed eggs are very tender.
3.
Beat the eggs, add appropriate amount of Knorr seafood dipped in fresh dew to taste. If not, add a little salt.
4.
Pour in warm water and beat it evenly.
5.
If you have a sieve at home, go through the sieve as much as possible. This is necessary for making delicate and non-porous custard.
6.
After sieving, pour it into a bowl, use heat-resistant plastic wrap, and pierce about ten small holes on the surface with a toothpick.
Boil water in the steamer and put it in a bowl after the water is boiled. I steamed it on medium heat for about 9 minutes and then turned off the heat.
7.
Slice the ham and use kitchen scissors to cut 4 sectors for the ears and 2 rounds for the mouth.
Cut out 4 circles and 2 arcs with seaweed, which are the eyes, nostrils, and mouth.
The lifelike piglet came out.
8.
Cute pig custard~
9.
Tender and non-porous~

Knorr Fresh Dew is the finishing touch, but if you want to steam a delicate custard, you should also look at the tips at every step.
Tips:
1. The ratio of eggs to water, I think 1.2 times is just right~
The water is best to use warm water, the best temperature is 40-45 ℃, while pouring into the egg liquid and stirring.
2. Put it in the steamer and cover it with cling film, pierce small holes in the cling film to facilitate ventilation and avoid dripping of steam.
3. The steaming time should not be too long, just 8-9 minutes on medium heat.
4. The amount given in the recipe is a bowl of custard. I doubled it and made it to two bowls.
