Steamed Egg with Dace

Beat the eggs into a bowl, add salt, pepper, and starch.

Mix well into egg liquid.

Slowly pour 100ml of cold boiled water.

Mince the dace.

Add to the egg mixture.

Add water to the steamer, and then put the egg liquid after the water is boiled to SAIC.
7.
Cover the bowl with a plate or cover with a layer of plastic wrap.
8.
Steam in a steamer for 10 minutes, turn off the heat, cover and simmer for about 3 minutes.
9.
Just drizzle with a little soy sauce.
Tips:
Add a little starch when steaming the eggs to help the egg liquid to coagulate.
