Steamed Egg with Tofu

Add fresh milk, salt, pepper, and sesame oil to the egg liquid and mix well.

Strain the mixture into a steaming bowl.

Cut the head and tail of the yuzi tofu flat, and then cut into 4 equal portions.

Use a cookie cutter to cut it into shapes.

Drain into the egg liquid.

Cover with plastic wrap and insert small holes with toothpicks.

Put it in a steamer with boiling water and steam over medium heat for 10 minutes until cooked.

Slice the ham and shallots into finely minced pieces. Place them on the jade tofu, cover with a lid and simmer.
