Steamed Egg with Vegetable Noodles

Blanch the broccoli.

Boil the noodles softly and remove them for later use.

Chop broccoli and shrimps and set aside.

Beat two eggs into a bowl, add noodles, shrimp broccoli, stir well, add 1.5 times the water and stir well.
