Steamed Eggplant with Garlic

Peel the garlic, pat flat, and chop into minced garlic.

Put it in a bowl, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, chicken essence, peanut oil and mix well. Here, salt can be added or not according to personal taste.

Cut the eggplant into long strips.

1. The chopped garlic needs to add some ingredients, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken essence, peanut oil, sesame oil, it tastes much better than using garlic directly.
