Steamed Elm Money

Remove the impurities from the yuqian, wash it clean, and control the moisture.

Sprinkle the dried elm coins with flour and mix well so that each elm coin is evenly moistened with flour.

Put the steamer on the heat. After the water is boiled, sprinkle a thin layer of yuqian, and steam for 7-8 minutes on high heat. After steaming, the yuqian will be shaken.
