Steamed Elm Money
1.
300g yuqian, wash and control most of the water.
2.
Remove the outer skin of 1 cold steamed bun, leaving 95g, and rub it with your hands into small steamed buns.
3.
Pour the broken steamed buns into the yuqian and stir evenly.
4.
Add 120g of low-gluten flour. You can also add regular flour. My family has a lot of low-gluten flour, so I have to finish it quickly😄
5.
Mix the flour and the broken buns. The grains are distinct and not sticky. Due to the different moisture content of yuqian, flour should be added as appropriate.
6.
Put a smaller grate on the steamer drawer, which means that the mixed elm money is overhead. Don't let it stick to the steamer, the current stainless steel steamer will hold water, which will cause the bottom to hydrate.
7.
After folding, steam in a water basket, and steam for three to five minutes after airing. I steamed this amount twice.
8.
After steaming, it is green and oily, and it disperses with a light shake.
9.
There will be some stains on the cloth.
10.
Fluff while it's hot
