Steamed Fish

Cut the cured fish on the top, keep the bottom unbroken, put shredded green onion and sliced ginger in the plate

Put the sliced preserved fish on the shredded green onions and steam for about 8 minutes on high heat

Take out the fish, sprinkle with chives and red pepper

Boil some sesame oil and pour it on the cured fish while it is hot
