Steamed Fish Head with Enoki Mushroom and Chopped Pepper

Wash enoki mushrooms, cut into sections and put them in a bowl

Chopped ginger onion

Put the fish head on the enoki mushroom

Sprinkle with ginger onions

Add chopped peppers, add some salt, cooking wine, and grape seed oil
