Steamed Fish with Bean Drum

1 fish head, 40g chopped pepper, 15g tempeh
15g cooking wine, 1g salt, 10g ginger, 10g spring onion

Make a few strokes on the surface of the fish head

Sprinkle in salt, cooking wine, white pepper, and spread evenly on the surface

Spread ginger shreds and marinate for 1 hour

After marinating, remove the shredded ginger, add minced millet pepper, tempeh, and steam for 15 minutes

After steaming, sprinkle with chopped green onion and drizzle with hot oil.

Tips
1. The tempeh itself has a salty taste, do not apply too much salt when marinating the fish
2. Don't pour out the juice of the steamed fish, it's delicious only if it is dipped in the juice.
