Steamed Fish with Garlic Chili Sauce

Wash the grass carp and cut off the fins, cut the belly of the back to connect, cut off the head, and rinse in clean water

Ginger, green onion segments, cooking wine to grab green onion ginger water

Pour into the fish, add a spoonful of light soy sauce, marinate for 10 minutes

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant, add chopped pepper, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, stir well and set aside

Tips:
There is salt in light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chopped pepper, so no extra salt is added. If the taste is heavy, you can add appropriate amount of salt according to personal preference.
