Steamed Fish with Ham

Cut black fish into pieces, add green onion, ginger, salt, pepper, rice wine and marinate for 15 minutes

Flour, starch and eggs are mixed with water to make a paste, add a little oil and mix evenly, then put in the marinated fish, and paste the fish
