Steamed Flat Fish

Prepare fish and green onion ginger.

Slice a portion of green onion and ginger. Cut the other part into silk for later use.

Remove the flat fish, remove the gills and wash it.

Put a flower knife on the fish. Use refined salt and white wine to rub on the fish and marinate it for a good taste. Put the sliced green onion and ginger into the fish and marinate for 10 minutes.

Put water in the steamer and boil. Add the fish, steam for 7 minutes on high heat, and steam for 5 minutes after turning off the heat.

Heat the oil in the wok and add the peppercorns to fry them until fragrant.

Take the fish out and pour out the soup, remove the ginger slices and green onions.

Re-size green onion and ginger on the fish.
9.
Pour an appropriate amount of steamed fish soy sauce.
10.
Just pour hot oil on the fish.
Tips:
Use fresh flat fish. The time of steaming fish should be controlled well. If the time is long, the fish will become old, which will affect the taste.
