Steamed Garlic Oysters

1. 12 oysters, clean with a brush

2. Pry open with a flat-blade screwdriver and take out the oyster meat

3. Leave a large piece of oyster shell, wash and marinate the oyster meat to remove fishy.

4. Prepare garlic, mash it into garlic paste, mince the millet spicy

5. Heat oil in a cold pan, a little. Add garlic, stir fry for a few minutes, add light soy sauce and a little oil consumption
