Steamed Glutinous Rice with Baishanzu Mushroom Sauce and Lotus Leaf

Prepare 1 lotus leaf, 200 grams of glutinous rice, 50 grams of mushroom sauce, 200 grams of minced pork belly

Soak the glutinous rice until soft, pour the mushroom sauce and minced pork belly into the glutinous rice, pour a tablespoon of salad oil (if the minced meat is oilier, the salad oil may not be added), and stir well;

Lay out a small piece of lotus leaf, put 2 tablespoons of glutinous rice on one end, and then roll it up into a traditional spring roll shape;
