Steamed Goose Eggs with Crab Noodles
1.
Take one of the fresh goose eggs you bought back into a bowl, add some salt and cooking wine.
2.
After whipping evenly, add appropriate amount of water and stir again, according to the ratio of egg liquid to water 1:1.5.
3.
Strain the egg liquid through a sieve.
4.
Boil water in a pot, wrap the egg pan with high-temperature plastic wrap, put it in the pot and cover it and start steaming for about 10 minutes.
5.
When the time is up, you can see that the egg liquid has solidified and the center does not move.
6.
While it's hot, add a tablespoon of crabmeal and lard and slowly melt.
7.
Top with steamed fish soy sauce and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
8.
It's ready to eat.
Tips:
The egg liquid and water are added in a ratio of 1:1.5. The finished product feels quite thick. If you don’t like the thick taste, you can increase the water ratio to 2.
