Steamed Grouper

Buy the grouper and ask the merchant to clean it, and then make a knife on each side of the back. Do not cut it. Spread it with a little salt and marinate for about 5 minutes.

Cut the shallots, slice the ginger into thin slices and place them on the bottom of the plate. Place the marinated grouper on the fish body. Put some shallots and ginger slices on the fish body.

Put it in a boiling hot water pot and steam for about 5 minutes (the specific time depends on the size of the fish)

Transfer to another plate, sprinkle with shredded green onion, drizzle with steamed fish soy sauce, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and pour on it.
