Steamed hairy crabs must be eaten in autumn.

Steamed Hairy Crabs

1. Raise the crabs in clear water for ten minutes. In fact, it’s best to raise them for about an hour.

2. Use a toothbrush to clean the lid of the crab

3. Rinse twice with clean water

4. Hot water, put the crabs on the steaming rack one by one

5. After placing all the crabs, place the lid down and continue steaming for 10 minutes.

Tips:
