Steamed Hairy Crabs

Brush the hairy crabs clean and control the moisture

Part of the ginger is sliced, part of the ginger is shredded

Mix the shredded ginger, light soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar into a dipping sauce for later use

Boil water in a pot, add ginger

After the water boils, put the hairy crabs in the steamer, drizzle some rice wine, and then put some ginger slices

Cover the lid and steam on high heat for about 10 minutes.
