Steamed Hairy Crabs

Open the lid of the packaging basket, the fat and plump hairy crabs will flash flexibly when you touch any eye with your hand (this is the method taught by the crab seller to identify live hairy crabs)

Remove the label on each crab

Scrub the crab

Put the crab belly upside down in the steamer

Put the basil bag, cover the pot and steam for 20 minutes

Tips:
The dipping sauce is prepared according to personal taste, but ginger must be present, and the ginger skin must be removed.
