Steamed Hairy Crabs

Brush the hairy crabs clean with a toothbrush

Put enough water in the steamer, then put a little cooking wine and ginger

Cold water pot, steam for about 15 minutes

When steaming the crab, mix the minced ginger and green onions with light soy sauce and vinegar to make a flavored sauce. Dip it when you eat it, but I really like to eat it on empty mouth. I don’t dip it without juice. After eating it, I have a bowl of brown sugar. Water or red dates and ginger tea can solve the problem of cold crabs
