I have always liked seafood, especially hairy crabs, and I love the original way of eating. It is especially sweet and delicious, which makes people unable to resist the temptation. Although I ate it almost every day in Chaozhou for a few days, but back Guangzhou, I’m still not used to it, I still miss its taste, this time I finally have to taste what I wanted, ha ha!

Steamed Hairy Crabs

1. Take the hairy crab and pull out or cut out the front catch;

2. Cut off the rope and use a small toothbrush to clean the hairy crabs;

3. The brushed hairy crabs are placed on a plate;

4. Sprinkle the garlic and ginger prepared in advance on the hairy crabs, and sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt;

5. Boil an appropriate amount of boiling water. After the water is boiled, put the crabs on it and cook;

6. Cook on high heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Tips:

Clean and steam directly, the original flavor.
