Steamed Hairy Crabs

Take the hairy crab and pull out or cut out the front catch;

Cut off the rope and use a small toothbrush to clean the hairy crabs;

The brushed hairy crabs are placed on a plate;

Sprinkle the garlic and ginger prepared in advance on the hairy crabs, and sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt;
