Steamed Hairy Crabs

A plump and plump hairy crab, when you touch the side of any eye with your hand, the eyeballs will flash flexibly.

Remove the label on each crab.

Brush the crab well.

Put the crab belly upside down into the steamer.

Put the basil bag, cover the pot and steam for 20 minutes.

The time for steaming crabs is the dipping sauce. Peel ginger and garlic.

Tips:
