Steamed Kung Fu-steamed Pork with Potato Powder
1.
First choose fat and lean pork belly, about 500 grams, wash and drain the water for later use.
2.
Peel and wash the potatoes for later use.
3.
Prepare 1 bag of pure white steamed rice noodles with steamed pork. The spicy rice noodles I choose are available in supermarkets!
4.
Cut the pork belly into slices about 5 mm thick.
5.
Cut the potatoes into potato pieces about 7 mm thick.
6.
Pour the rice noodles onto the meat slices.
7.
Stir the rice noodles and pork slices.
8.
Lay the cut potato pieces on the bottom, and then pour the stirred meat slices covered with rice noodles on the top.
9.
Put the steaming bowl in the steamer, taking care not to put too little water in the steamer.
10.
Cover the steamer lid and steam it for about 60 minutes before serving.
11.
A bowl of fragrant steamed pork is just fine. The spicy rice noodles add the aroma of meat, and the potatoes underneath are filled with the oily aroma, which gives it a special flavor. I personally think that pure white rice noodles without color are more healthy to eat. If you have a strong taste, you can add appropriate amount of soy sauce when the rice noodles and pork slices are ordered, so that the steamed color will be brighter.
