Ham and Winter Melon Soup

The golden ham is taken apart and sliced.

Remove the flesh and peel of winter melon and cut into small pieces.
3.
Put vegetable oil in a pot and stir fry winter melon.
4.
When the winter melon is slightly transparent, add ham and water, simmer on high heat, and cook for another 15 minutes.
5.
Sprinkle chopped green onion before serving.
