Steamed Lap Mei

It's coming to the end of the year, let's prepare for the Chinese New Year! After the winter solstice, the wax goods can be marinated. Wash the surface of the cured chicken legs, cured fish and spicy sausage with warm water.

Slice the marinated spicy sausage, slice the cured chicken drumsticks and cut the cured fish, and place them on the plate. If it is a less oily cured product, you can drizzle a spoonful of cooking oil on it. If you like spicy food, you can add a spoonful of tempeh chili sauce. The spicy sausage I use here contains chili and Chinese pepper, so there is no need to add any seasoning.

Put it in a steamer and steam for 10-15 minutes.

If the marinated meat is salty, you can boil it in water for seven or eight minutes and then pour out the water before steaming it.
