Braised Rice with Mushroom and Cured Chicken Drumsticks

Prepare the materials

Wash the cured chicken drumsticks and steam for 15 minutes

After soaking the mushrooms, wash and cut into small cubes; peel the carrots and cut into small cubes; mince ginger

The steamed cured chicken leg is boneless and cut into small pieces

Heat oil in a pan, add minced ginger and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry, then add carrots, add soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir-fry well

Tips:
Because the cured chicken is quite salty, put the bubbles in the water to remove the salty taste before making it. Like bacon, I usually bubble it first, then steam it for ten minutes and let it cool for storage.
