Pork Ribs Soup with Green Vegetables and Cured Chicken Legs

1. Ingredients: ribs (blanched), cured chicken legs (washed), vegetables (washed)

2. Place the cured chicken legs on the chopping board and chop into pieces

3. Then, put the chopped cured chicken legs into the pressure cooker

4. Combine the blanched ribs

5. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine

6. Add some water

7. Then, close the lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium-low heat, then turn off the heat

8. Open the lid after simmering until it is out of breath

9. Then, add the washed vegetables, stir and bring to a boil, cook until the vegetables are dead

10. Finally, add 1.5 tablespoons of salt

11. Season to mix well, serve
