Pork Ribs Soup with Green Vegetables and Cured Chicken Legs

Ingredients: ribs (blanched), cured chicken legs (washed), vegetables (washed)

Place the cured chicken legs on the chopping board and chop into pieces

Then, put the chopped cured chicken legs into the pressure cooker

Combine the blanched ribs

Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine

Add some water

Then, close the lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium-low heat, then turn off the heat

Open the lid after simmering until it is out of breath

Then, add the washed vegetables, stir and bring to a boil, cook until the vegetables are dead

Finally, add 1.5 tablespoons of salt
