Sauteed Chicken Drumsticks with Celery

Cut the cured chicken legs into pieces.

Finely chop ginger garlic red pepper.
3.
Stir fry with ginger and garlic
4.
Add the cured chicken thighs and stir fry a few times.
5.
Add five-spice powder, pepper powder, cooking wine, light soy sauce and stir fry.

Stir-fry with celery and turn off the heat.
Tips:
