Steamed Lobster with Golden Garlic and Silver Silk

Wash the lobster and cut it in half vertically from the middle of the back.

The vermicelli is soaked and cut into small pieces for easy consumption.

Mince garlic and blanch in water. Heat half of the minced garlic in oil and fry until golden brown. Remove in oil.

Pour out the minced garlic with the other half of the unfried minced garlic, add salt and mix well.

Stir the golden and white minced garlic after mixing well. Pour half into the chopped vermicelli and stir.

The other half of the golden and white minced garlic, carefully pour it on the cut lobster, spread the vermicelli on the bottom and the lobster on top, and steam it in a pot.

After being steamed in cold water for about 20 minutes, the pan is ready to be served.
Tips:
1. Pour the minced garlic on the lobster and let it stand for a while to promote the flavor
2. The vermicelli should be soaked in boiling water, and the soaking time should not be too long, as it will easily soften and affect the taste
