Steamed Long Lee Fish
1.
Take a slice of Longli fish fillet, defrost, wash and place in a plate, put a little green onion and ginger, pour a little cooking wine and marinate for ten minutes, then pour out the water that has been understood and squeezed out
2.
Put water in the pot and put it in the steaming rack
3.
After the water is boiled, put the longli fish on the steaming rack, cover the pot, and steam for about 10-15 minutes on high heat. Depending on the size of the fish fillet, the chopsticks can be easily pierced into the fish.
4.
Take out the steamed fish fillet and remove the green onion and ginger originally placed
5.
Pour in a proper amount of steamed fish soy sauce, spread with scallion rolls, heat up the sesame oil in a separate pot and pour it on the fish body.
Tips:
Longli fish is especially easy to cook, so the steaming time should not be too long. I did not add salt during the whole process, because the fish is very fresh. The flavor of steamed fish soy sauce and sesame oil is enough. If you like salty taste, you can marinate it. Add a little salt to the fish body
