Steamed Mandarin Fish

Prepare the ingredients you need.

Rinse the scallion and small hot peppers, shred them, and soak them in clean water.

Scratch the mandarin fish on the back.

Spread cooking wine on both sides of the fish and sprinkle with salt evenly.
