Steamed Mandarin Fish

Wash one piece of mandarin fish and marinate for a while with appropriate amount of salt.

Shred the ginger and shallots.

Put the marinated fish into the dish, pour the cooking wine, and add the ginger and spring onions.

Put it in a steamer and steam for about 20 minutes.

Pour the steamed fish soy sauce out of the pot.
