Steamed Mullet with Sugar and Garlic

Wash the fish and wipe the body dry.

Place the shallots on the bottom of the plate to prevent the skin from sticking to the bottom.

Cut the fish a few times, my fish couldn't fit on the larger plate, so I had to cut it open.

Remove the sugar garlic and slice it.
5.
Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and cooking wine to the sliced garlic.

Spread the seasoned garlic slices on the fish, put ginger and green onions, and drizzle with a proper amount of oil.

Put the fish in a pot of boiling water on high heat for 15 minutes.

The appearance and pictures of the finished product are average, but it tastes good!
Tips:
1. This method is suitable for many river fish and can remove the smell of soil.
2. If you like spicy food, add hot sauce or chili.
3. The mullet is also called larvae. There are not many bones and the meat is very tender. It tastes quite good.
