Steamed Mung Bean Soup

Mung beans, barley, and glutinous rice were soaked in clean water overnight. After soaking, the water was removed and washed with clean water.

Add half a bowl of water to the mung beans and steam for 20 minutes until the mung beans bloom, barley and glutinous rice are steamed.

After 800ml of water is boiled, add 1/2 tablespoon of sweet-scented osmanthus, 1.6 kilograms of rock sugar, and then add 100ml of mint juice. After boiling, let it cool naturally and it becomes a syrup!

Each time you eat, you only need to add one spoonful of glutinous rice, one spoonful of barley, two spoonfuls of mung beans, one spoonful of syrup, and then soak them in ice water.
