Steamed Noodle Dish

Pick and wash the noodle dishes.

Add salt and mix well.

Divide the noodle dish into two portions, sprinkle one portion with white flour and mix well.

Sprinkle one portion with cornmeal and mix well.
5.
Put it in the pot and steam with a lid.
6.
Steam for 6 minutes after boiling the water.
Tips:
When coating the flour, just coat the noodle dish evenly with a thin layer.
