Steamed Noodles

Mix the noodles with a little flour and steam for 15 minutes.

Add edible oil, star anise and ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

Add onions.

Add the beans, tomatoes, stir fry, then add salt, chicken powder, seasonings, light soy sauce, stir fry, add appropriate amount of water, and boil.

Mix the noodles and vegetables well and steam again for 8 minutes.

The steamed noodles are ready.
Tips:
1. When steaming for the first time, mix a proper amount of flour, or the noodles will be too dry or sticky
2. When adding water, the amount should be appropriate. If the water is less, the noodles will be dry after steaming, but this depends on personal taste, some prefer softer ones, and some prefer dry ones.
