Steamed Noodles with Braised Pork

Cut pork belly

Wash the beans and cut into sections

Prepare handmade noodles

Add a spoonful of oil to the hot pot and call three teaspoons of sugar. Boil the sugar until bubbling and add the meat to color. Then stir-fry the green onion, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, add three bowls of water, and simmer for one hour.

If the meat is rotten, add some beans. Do not let the water flow over the meat. Spread the noodles on the top and steam for ten minutes.

Stir evenly out of the pot.
Tips:
Don't overcook the sugar.
