#蒸菜# Steamed Okra with Chopped Pepper Garlic Vermicelli

The vermicelli is softened with cold water.

The soaked vermicelli is roughly fried with kitchen scissors for easy consumption and placed on a plate.

Wash the okra.

Remove the stalk and cut in half lengthwise.

Put it on the fans.

Add 1 tablespoon of seafood soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of steamed fish soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of chopped peppers to a small bowl, then add some sugar and mix well.

Peel the garlic and cut into minced garlic.

Put the minced garlic in a hot pan with cool oil and sauté until fragrant.

Pour the oil and minced garlic into a small bowl and mix well.

Pour evenly on the vermicelli okra, put it in a steamer, and steam for 8-10 minutes after the high heat is aired.

It looks good when it's steamed.

Take it out, sprinkle some chopped green onion to decorate it and eat it.
Tips:
Seafood soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, and chopped pepper all have saltiness, so I didn't add salt.
