Steamed Osmanthus Fish

Remove the internal organs of the fresh osmanthus fish, cut a flower knife, wash and drain the water, and put some salt on the belly and body of the fish.

Chop the ginger, garlic, onion, white pepper, and shredded green onion leaves with a toothpick.

Spread the chopped ginger, garlic, green onion and minced pepper evenly on the fish.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, and put the fish in the steaming rack.

Cover and steam for about 13 minutes.
6.
Open the lid and pour in the soy sauce.
7.
Spread green onions.
8.
Just pour in hot oil.
