Steamed Oyster Fragrant Qing Zhan Yu

All ingredients are ready.

Tear off the viscera and gills of the Qing Zhan fish, clean it, and drain the water.

Place the fish on the fish plate, and spread a thin layer of salt evenly on the body and belly of the fish by hand.

Add ginger, garlic cloves, a quarter spoon of vinegar, half a spoon of cooking wine, half a spoon of steamed fish oil, a spoon of oyster sauce, and a quarter of a spoon of sesame oil.

Spread the seasoning evenly on the fish and marinate for more than 30 minutes.

Put the marinated fish in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes.

While steaming the fish, cut the green onion and green pepper into shreds.

Put the shredded green pepper and green onion into the steamed fish dish, cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Ready to serve.
Tips:
1. There is no knife on the fish body, so it takes a longer time to marinate in order to taste.
