Steamed Oysters with Garlic

Ingredients: 6 oysters, 8 cloves of garlic, appropriate amount of cooking oil, a little chopped green onion, and a little hot oil.

Peel the garlic, smash it, chop into fine puree, and set aside.

Clean the oyster shell with a small brush.

Insert a knife from the tip of the oyster and pry open the shell.

Take out the oyster meat, rinse it with clean water, and put it back in the shell.

Heat up the pan and pour some cooking oil into it.

After the oil is heated to warm, add the minced garlic, stir fry until the aroma overflows and the garlic is half-cooked, remove from the heat.

Place the oysters on the plate, and place the fried garlic on the oyster meat.

Put it in a pot of boiling water and steam for about 5 minutes.

When out of the pan, sprinkle chopped green onion on the surface and drizzle with a little hot oil.
Tips:
1. It is easier to pry the oyster shell from the tip.
2. Steamed oysters can be eaten with their own sweet taste without adding salt.
3. The steaming time should not be too long, so as not to be too old and affect the taste.
