Steamed Oysters with Garlic and Chopped Pepper

Ingredients preparation:
6 oysters, garlic, chives, ginger, cooking oil.

①Pull out the oysters and clean them, shred the ginger, mix well with the oysters and marinate in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
② Clean the oyster shells with a toothbrush.

③Put the marinated oysters into the oyster shells.
④Chop garlic into minced garlic, mix well with chili.
⑤Pour the chili sauce on the oysters and prepare to serve in the steamer.

⑥ Steam in a steamer for about 10 minutes.
⑦If it is not stable, you can put a garlic clove under it to prevent the oysters from being uneven and the soup flowing out.
⑧ Take out and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
